SURFIN' SAFARI SUMMER THREE - DAY FIFTEEN - August 11, 2021

When at college in Arkansas, I used to drive around in a T-top Camaro with a friend from Germantown, Tenn. We became reacquainted through Facebook and he called me out on the photos of my board taken to mark each Safari. Said he wanted to see me out on the water, riding a wave. I explained how that is a very difficult shot to get and mentioned one usually has to hire a photographer. Eventually, I was able to produce this video of me catch a short right at Marina del Rey on the 15th Safari of the summer; a blustery, foreboding day.
